How do I get divorce decree based on divorce deed?

13-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married for about 14 years and I end up getting divorce in March 2019. The document I and my X husband signed called the divorce deed as we got divorce per Hindu custom. By that time, I have no idea that this document is not legal document. I just find out though one of my friend and she told me that I need divorce decree as that’s the standard divorce document. Can I get the divorce certificate issued based on divorce deed ? Now my x husband is not very supportive to file the mutual consent on court for divorce decree. What is my options? Based on divorce deed he did say that he will be supporting for divorce decree if needed in future.

divorce on stamp paper is not valid. for getting decree of divorce you will have to file divorce proceedings before family court and you can get the decree from the court which will be legal and valid and can be used for all the purposes by you.
