What are legal rights against harassment from wife?

Iam a Hindu religion guy married hindu girl just 6 months back. Till today she is not turned up to setup a family officially but here there she used to come to my flat and stayed night and leaving in the morning. Basically i did not took any dowry but they said they will give land of 400 yards which in the name of girl (after marriage also in the name of girl only). Before marriage there were no information on their debts but after marriage i got know they have 20lak debts that has to be repay by girl only because only girl earns in their family (only child for their parents).Just before marriage she asked me for marriage exp so i gave 3 lak bank transfer. She again asked 3 lak after marr 3 lak i took loan and gave her. The problem now is she is arrogant, aggressive and foolish girl and she said she will not bother about my parents, so she will not allow them in to temporary living in my flat also. So now i cannot tolerate her how to procedd legally.
Do you want to apply for divorce your wife under mental cruelty. Cheating you by taking lit of money from you and ignoring is also a mental agony. If you want you can send her summons from court.

First you need to give counseling to her by your both family elders,and pursue for some days/months,after the scenerio continues the same way then you can file a divorce if you're not interested living together

If she is not looking after your parents then it will be treated as cruelty. (Supreme court judgement...relevent) So you can file for divorce. She need counselling. Another point to be noted that her debts before marriage not disclosed and they are asking money for that which needs to be checked from your end .
