Education and job salary is not a ground of divorce. And authenticity of any institution can only b deceided br the competent authorities so you need not worry about this becase no student can b blame about the wrongful act done by any institution or any university whereas the student can file a criminal complaint against the management for the aforementioned wrongful act for wrongful gain. Better in these circumstances file a criminal complaint against the institution. And its not a cheating on your part, you are victims and sufferer due to wrongful act done by institutions

Dear sir, problem is not clear to me but what I understood that your cousin sister's husband contacted an advocate and you wanted to save this marriage, in that case her husband can file a divorce case. You have to defend and have to prove that she never got an original certificate from the institution.

Husband can file a case of divorce on this ground. He can plead that he had married to your cousin only because she is having that degree and your cousin had not disclosed such fact at the time of marriage which amount to a cheating. It is valid ground for dissolution of marriage. Don't worry about it. If he file a case and you receive a summon, contact with us as soon as possible. All the best.
