I'm seeking clarity on whether, in the case of mutual consent divorce, there exists a legal provision allowing for the recovery of marriage-related expenses such as gifts and other expenditures. I am a student. i paid fees to the institution for English speaking. I dont want to continue with that institute because of poor quality of education they are providing. We are a Delhi based company. One of our clients has stopped paying us the dues. And from 2013, Their accumulated dues are more than 3 Lakh.
