You can put an agreement between you both before marriage the terms and conditions if divorce happens ... But I would like to tell you that thus agreement won't be valid if she is claiming alimony for her by way of court ... The agreement won't stand ... One more important part in case in future she wants divorce and claims alimony for her and child the court has the right to give alimony only to her and not to the child as the child us not yours the child don't gave any right on your property ... As your saying she us educated and earning women in case if she claims alimony court will consider her earnings and accordingly alimony will be ordered ... These are the criteria accordingly you can take decision

There is no such agreement exist in the marriage and as per law you can't make such arrangements for your future marriage life. If your feelings or love is so genuine towards her then why you don't have faith in it and what is the reason for your insecurity. If in case such situation arises in future where you don't want to give her alimony means you have to transfer all your property in some one else's name even it is also not advisable, because once you transfer in somebody's name you can't get it back. If you have mother you can transfer in her name and then you can tell in court that nothing is there from your side to give alimony and you are bankrupt or otherwise if you are working she can claim for maintenance in your salary.

Looking for a help. I am about to marry a single mother with a daughter. She has no alimony and she is working. In India you cannot marry her until she take legal divorce failing which both of you will be put behind bars, if you willing go ahead and face the consequences. Better let your lover enter into mutual divorce.
