Husband suffering from Impotency what are my right over marriage

No sex relationship between us from day 1 of my marriage ... after 5 months i had taken my husband to doctor .. he said that my has problem in erection and ejaculation and also very low sperm count ... what i do... any suggestions ..my hhysband has smoking habits and drinking habits also...
If you wish to obtain divorce, both you and your husband can apply for mutual consent. Second option you can approach court for declaration of marriage as null and void. Any help please contact me .

Dear Madam, You have right to get divorce and if your husband have this problem prior to marriage, you have right to claim against your husband, you have to prove by way of providing documentary evidence.
