I filed sec9 and my husband filed sec 13 1 ia. Failed counselling. I filed Maintenance case but he is saying that I have graduate degree and I worked job earlier but not now. He is saying I intentionally left the job for his money. But I got fired due to health issues. How can I win the maintenance case on my husband? Do I need to withdraw sec9 and file divorce case on my husband?

Not necessary. you need not withdraw section 9 petition. so many judgments are there, that the wife should be given maintenance. the husband has to give maintenance to his wife and he has to look after her lifestyle as he is enjoying. So don't worry. But you have to fight.

My husband and his family took all my jewels he also broke my berow locker and took few jewels and cash amount, he also abuse me in bad words and sometimes hurt me he doesn\'t care me and my daughter he doesn\'t gives money to family he is not working in a proper job he is jobless but they have a commercial house can I get my jewels back is it possible he has one married sister

All you mentioned is covered under Domestic Violence Act. You can file domestic violence case against your husband and against your in-laws. They have to return the jewels and provide maintenance for you and your child. Please feel free to contact me for more details.

first of all you file a maintenance case against your husband for you and your daughter's. you can also file domestic violence case for your shelter also. Try to find out the second wife's details. I got married by 2017. Few months later my wife created problems. She started complaining about my mother and putting false acquisition. It all happened because of her mother went to some voodoo person and came to know my mother is separating us.I am ok if she is putting false aquasaition on my mother. But she started saying bad things which i couldn't say here. I am tolerant to some stage and i couldn't now.We lived separately for year and she continued to say the same. If I support my mother, she wanted me to support her mother too. I can do that too, if my wife is not earning. She is earning too. One point i had to leave the rented house and came back to my home because of my mental pressure.Her family came by 2 or 3 times for talking. But she continued to do the same. She is totally different before them. In room, she is totally different.This her second marriage. I believed she was saying truth about first one. Now i realise it. Except my mother, no one in my family knows this.

The customer has spent the amount and is refusing to pay the money back. Can I proceed legally against the customer? Will it cause any problem legal problem for me since I mistakenly credited the amount? How to proceed against legally against the customer?

as of the details you have given, action against you will be taken by the bank that is first part. as a banker your cank can send a demand notice to the party and try to collect the wrongly credited amount. Banker can file money recovery suit and attach his property if any.
