Builder has alloted private terrace to second floor. It is mentioned as private terrace in approved plan That terrace is not included in UDS or buit-up area. Now the second floor owner is going to start the construction in the private terrace which is exactly above our flat master bedroom. We would like to get the stay order on the construction. Please let me know how to get stay order on illegal construction. How long it will take to get it? Can one make illegal construction legal?

Dear Sir, We can stop the construction subject to review of approved plans, Road frontage earlier and now frotage etc. The property lies under which catogory for example CMDA. DTCP limits, Several information required to stop this.



Q: What action can be taken if husband not allowing wife to meet her parents ?

My marriage and relationship with in laws are strained beyond repair. though i stay in the same house as my husband ,i usually like to spend the weekends at my parent's house for some peace of mind, however my husband doesn't allow me to take my daughter along with me, saying that i am plotting to separate her. can a husband stop his wife from meeting her parents ? Q: Legal procedure to get stay order against sale of property by sister

We have an ancestrol property. My father is alive and not in good health. I have been taking care of him. We are two children. I have an elder sister and i am the younger son. I am taking care of my father. I am well aware that my sister also has 50:50 rights on the property and am willing to give her fair share when we sell. But she wants to divide the property as 3:2 in her favour. I do not want to sell the property now. Can i place a stay on the property to stop my sister from selling.
