How to handle cruelty from wife and her family

24-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married in Oct 2016. My wife do not want to visit my parents as I am posted in another city. As soon as,I make plan to visit my parents, though visit is only for 2-3 days, she acts wierdly and make excuses like she is not well. And if, somehow, I reach my home, she behaves more wierd. She shows least interest. Moreover, she takes all the talks and advices of my parents otherwise. Further, when we live together in my official city, she shows least interest in anything. She doesn't show any interest in any hobby, she doesn't take care of the house, she seldom cook, and she always make excuses not to get intimated. She reports everything, evrythin means everything like bedroom things to her mother. We are now living separated from last two months.i know that I'll not be able to continue like dis in future.i have also said the same thing to her but her parents incl. her not understanding the situation.i hv decided to get separated.is the any law for males to help me out of d situation?

It's proveental cruelty by your towards you.
You may file divorce petition to get decree of divorce On the ground of cruelty. But as you told that you have not complete one year of your marriage, therefore you cannot file divorce, you have to file petition for annulment or marriage or nullity. Which can be filed within one year of marriage.

Legally you can seek divorce on the ground that she dose not like ur parents which amounts to cruality but it is not as such easy try to make her u understand. With the passage of time situation will be better don't go towards separation try to reconcile otherwise u both will drag each other in litigation and lawyers will be benifitted but u will be loser and after 3-4 year u might be able to get rid from her while costing urself by paying maintenance.

Divorce case can not be filed before the expiry of one year. There is no ground to declare marriage null and void which is the only remedy for the first year. Presently you need to do is to talk with your wife strait forward and try to know the reasons behind this type of behavior. The second possibility in this type of cases are extra marital affairs of the girl, try to locate that through some detective or supervising her call records.
After the expiry of one years the option of mutual divorce open under section 13-B if she agrees otherwise you can proceed with regular divorce
