How can I know if a woman is divorced or not

Hi Team, I recently got married to a girl. I doubt that she is a divorced (saw few SMS related to divorce in her mobile). If she is really a divorced can I retrieve her case using Name, pan number or any proof ? Im sure that she is fraud, she provided as incorrect DOB before marriage, according to her actual age she is 2 years elder to me, I have her pan card. Based on these 2 things can I fight for divorce? she has criminal brain, how to handle the situation? please suggest
You can find out she is divorced r not on bases of her Name. But you have to the court. R in her sms if case no is there you can get easy result. And another thing you want to live with her r not. If she frauds you u can file case against her.
