Without knowing the address where can sending notice, without intimating to the respondent you can't get divorce decree. Consult with full other details can be guided you. Consult and file a suit , get relief.

You cannot file the divorce with unknown address. if you know the last known address, you can file the divorce and then get the court order for paper publication and obtain for the divorce decree.

Last resided address will be taken as address of the party. Then permission will be sought for publication of notice in local newspaper which amounts to sufficient service of notice on the other party. You may try to contact the any advocate for suitable legal guidance. Don't decide by yourself and never say that you do know the address of the other party. you are expected to file a police comlaint against your husband who abadoned and left without informing you and his whereabouts and send message throuh TV media and public notice in the leading news papers about his whereabouts. You may have to take to find whether he is in in the country or left the country all that inputs you have to give police his photoraph and by the influence of police there is a chance to locate him. thereafter you can file a divorce petition.
