Husband filed divorce without telling me, 5 year old daughter

My husband filed a divorce case but I'm not ready to accept the divorce, I want to go to matrimonial home. We have 5 years old daughter. Judge tried to convince my husband but he didn't accept me. How to dismiss the divorce case filed by husband ? How to get stay order from high court?
Madam you have to file a petition in the high court syltating that you are interested in stayimg with your husband and due to sone issues he wants to give divorce to me Iam not interested in leaving him kindly do not grant him divorce

it is possible, you have to file a RCR for reunion with your husband, and you have to contest the matter and properly give the right explanation to their allegations if the allegations are proved false you may as the divorce case is dismissed.

You cannot divorce your husband unilaterally unless you also consent to this divorce. If hes willing, let him file a divorce case against you. You will have ample opportunity to contest his claim once he files the case.
