Can alimony be claimed from HIV positive Husband

I am a muslim girl and got married 11 years before and have a daughter aged 10 years . Before 7 years I got to know that my husband is HIV AIDS infected . Anyhow upto now I survived from hat disease but cant be with my husband anymore. Now I want the divorce on HIV basis . CAN I ask for alumni and monthly maintenance for me and my daughter and how much.
