what is LISTING DATE in AP high court and U.S.R
Hi
1) Listing date is the tentative or most likely date on which the case will be heard by the court.
2) Sometimes though the case was supposed to be listed on a particular date, the court might not have listed the case for want of document / or on account of huge number of pending cases.
3) USR is unstamped Register Number which is a number provided to document that has been filed by either of the parties but not yet admitted/numbered in the court.
Hope this information is useful.
