Hello sir / madam
High court has its own process of filing the matter . It should be proper and as per the directions of the high court . By returned it means that earlier it was under objections and now the council or the party has taken back the suit to remove the objections . So the status is showing Returned . You can refile the matter within the time limit after removing the objections . I guess you are clear now

Whenever there are shortcomings in your petition then it is put under objection list. You have the liberty to take it back and correct it and clear all objections. Returned status means your petition has been taken back by your lawyer for removing the objections.
