What are the ways from stopping a person from leaving India

Does proving someone weak-memory forcefully that is without any medical certificate to Police also comes under crime or not? Does proving someone hila-hua forcefully that is without any medical certificate to Police also comes under crime or not? What victim need to do through Police or court to ensure that other party wont able to left India to get them self escape of giving money to victim in lieu of damage given by him to victim. After sayings yes in SHO office for money, after this possibility that he would try to run away from India. What are the ways for us to stop him from leaving India

Getting sanction of any document without presenting the document/certificate required for the same shows the involvement or carelessness of officials. Yes, it is crime to file a wrong details under fraud, cheating and forgery(if any document was fabricated) and you can send a copy of complaint with other compromise related documents and copy of fir( if lodged) , copy of complaint filed before magistrate (if filed ) to the passport authority and concerned embassy( if you know) to stop escaping him from his liability and country.,. File complaint against that person in competent court of law and apply to court to impound passport of that person whom u want to restrict from leaving india... thus file criminal complaint againt that person in competent court of law.

After you file a complaint with the police, it is the duty of that police officer to locate the person and bring him before the magistrate. If he absconds, they can get a court warrant to stop him from absconding and seize the passport.
