Official permission letter to travel abroad from court when an FIR

Hi TeamI'm working with IT company and planning to travel US my visa interview was scheduled for next monthDuring COVID in 2020 i got married and within a 2 months i deside to separate because of some reason. My father-in-law is in police so he try to put false case against me and my family. He created one false case in nov 2021 under 307, 498A after that I reach to highcourt so highcourt give me non conditionally bail, also highcourt mentioned that it's look like false 307 case in bail orderAlso I have field fir Quesh in highcourt which is panding and highcourt give stay on filling charger sheetFor travel do i need court or police permission?nIf yes how I can proceed with this as charger sheet is not filed?nnDo i need this permission before my visa stamping interview or its required when I'm planning to travel??nnDo i need to mantion anything related to this case in visa application?nnPlease advice.

Hello sir,
You have to take court permission to travel abroad and for which you have to make an application in the concerned court stating the reason and duration for travel. If asked you have to mention this case and the High Court case in your Visa application.

If there is a condition in your bail order regarding travel or passport then you will have to get it modified from the same court that allowed you bail. If it is not mentioned then you may proceed provided that you abide by all the other conditions of your bail
