Party filed false case of attempt to murder, please suggest what to do

I have a criminal case with the opposite party and to create pressure on me to withdraw the case they filed a fake criminal case against me under sec 156(3) crpc for attempt to murder in which the magistrate send me summon. With the help of money and power they prepare false medical report and the doctor also give evidence in the court that the victim sustained 7 bullet and also prepare a bogus xray. The persons who give evidence in the case is one is the brother in law of the person who sustained injury and other one have lost election to me in panchyat election and he is taking revenge of the defeat in election. So you please give suggestions

You will have to approach the High Court to seek protection in this matter from being arrested and also to quash the said complaint filed against you. Also try and arrange as many documents and evidences to support your claim that the said complaint is fake.

Hi you need to file a criminal writ before honble high court for quashing of first information report under article 226 of the constitution of India alongwith the application for staying the arrest of the accused.

You may file a case for quashing the proceedings in the Hon'ble High Court, since your case is a counter case you have a good chance that Hon'ble High Court may stay the proceedings of the case.

Once summons are issued you have two options either appear before the court and seek bail. The other option is to challenge summoning through filing criminal revision. It can be filed before district court as well as in high court also.
