you can file a complaint before the concerned police station. it depends upon the type and nature of injury sustained by the student. you can also lodge a formal complaint to the school management and higher authorities in this regard. get a complaint drafted by a lawyer.

Q: Can i sell my disputed property if their is no stay from court?

I have a land and the court case is going on since 2009, the property is in my name and i have the possession of the property. There is no stay order from the court. I don't know when the case will end but surely it will go till supreme court. The case is bogus, but my opponent is suing me in court again and again If some buyers are taking my property along with the case then can I sell it? can a disputed property be sold? if I can sell the property and write in agreement that I won't be responsible for the court cases in the future? Then is it legal to sell the property like that or not?

if there is no stay you can definitely sell the property. but make it sure to confirm that there is no stay. the proper document is sale deed not agreement. you must disclose all facts in the document. till the date of sale deed all responsibilities will be yours and after sale deed it will pass on the buyer.

Q: Can a property under court case be sold ?

I want to seal my residential house property but a civil case is under proceeding on this property. i want to do this as applicant is misusing my property and destroying my property. can i sell property under court case ?,What should I do?

If there is a dispute over the property and you are not occupying the same how an you sell this? If it is registered in your name and it is not in your possession and property is subject matter of litigation it can be sold legally. If there is no court order restraining you from sale you can sell it legally.

Q: What to do if an objection raised in mutation of property ?

Hi Sir/Madam, This year I have purchased an agriculture land from sham and Shanti Devi(mother of Shaam ) they got that property after death of Mr. Anand ( Father of Shaam ), Registry has been done and both mother and son have given their thumb impression and completed the property registration but due to objection from sham brother, mutation is in a hold. Now sham brother is not giving any NOC and asking for more money. It seem's that we got into a trap. We are not finding anyway. Please suggest legal angle.

The ownership of agriculture land is determined on the basis of entry in revenue record. On the death of the father the names of both sons and their mother must be recorded in revenue record after the death of father. Before sale either share of each owner must be defined or all three must sign on the sale deed. If only two owners sell their share or entire land without division then it is a problem. You have not mentioned complete details. Meet a lawyer and discuss in detail with complete documents.

although there is no legal remedy to pre-empt such likely action. but you can write a detail letter to administrative authorities including police elaborating complete background and facts disclosing the name and addresses of the persons.
