Old land Dispute from neighbour and fraud case by opposite party

Dispute started from rail land some part of it cut from my plot.opposite party having rich person.they fighted from us and injured us seriously then I called the police and taken treatment from government hospital.now during police investigation I have no witness but having some video but it can't prove who is hiting to whom.opposite party is already file case on civil court for batwara.please tell me what can I do.
Regarding your query your police case is under investigation. Now this a duty of IO to visit the place of occurrence and collect the evidence. You have injury report and video clips of said occurrence which support your occurrence .

If opposite party filed a partisan suit u need to contest the suit if u do not pursue the judgement will be exparte.Regarding criminal case if the police is not instituting FIR u can go for complaint case in the court of chief judicial magistrate.

First of all you should lodge FIR against all alleged people along with your injury report.if police does not want take any FIR than you should file complaint case agains all accused after that if you receiv any notice in land dispute case than you will have to appear in the relevent court and keep entire facts about your injury concerning all accused however you can get jutice.
