Q: Can my brother claim a share in brothers property?

I purchased a property a few years ago, during which time my younger brother was a minor. Now, I'm concerned he may claim a share in the property, arguing it was purchased with family funds. Is he legally entitled to make such a claim on my property?

Your brothers can claim share in your property but for that he has to proved that the property purchased was out of the family money.Give us more information so that we can think in term of sabing your interest.

Q: Flat cancel by developers without serving any notice

Sir I have booked a flat in Rd eco developers patna and give cheq for booking amount as token after 2 months I visit office and builder told me we have cancelled your booked flat .And you can choose another .Can builder do this without any notice .Can I move to consumer court and RERAoffice for this

If the builder do so immediately give him a legal notice n let's see what they reply in writing. You can certainly approach tera n complain if u r not satisfy with their answer. U can also approach consumer forum for redressal of ur grievances.

Q: Son asking their share on fathers property but father refuse

I want to know about that if father refuse to give their property to their child so any legal way to get property from their father .son torture to his father for property and giving threts to his father for killing and asking for his share in father's property

If the property belongs to ancestral property ur son has inherent right to claim his share by virtue of his birth in the family. If the belongs to your earned or acquired property your son will not succeed if he claims.

Q: Division of ancestral property among three brothers

Dear Sir, This is a matter of division of property among three brothers. The agricultural property is in the name of father.The father accquire the property from two mainly sources inherited and gifted.one house is in the name of mother. Now , the problem is that the elder brother has possessed all the agricultural property forcefully and he is not agree for the division of the agricultural property. Also he now starts to posses the house which is in name of mother. I want to ask how to proceed legally to get division of the property by the court of law among the three brothers. Law of inheritance is governed by people personal laws e.g Hindu or Muslim law. Since u r Hindu u will be governed by Hindu law. As far as ancestral property is concerned u certainly entitled for those. You need to file partisan suit in civil court to specify ur share of property.
