Husband with extra marital affair not giving divorce what to do

mere sis ki shadi 2009 me hui thi shadi ke 1 mahine ke baad se hi ladka bahut pareshan karne laga sis ko uska behave bada galt tha thoda time baad hame sis ne bataya ki ldke ka apni bhabi se affair h .bahut baat bad gaye to hm sis ko apne ghr le aaye 1 saal baad metting hui ladke walo ne hamse mafi mangi written compromise hua .dubara susraal chli gaye bt dubara me isse jyda pareshan karba shuru kr diya.ab sis 5 saal se hamare paas h.hame divorse chahiye bt ladka kahta h ki m divorse nahi dunga balki ladki ka life kharab kr dunga please help me.hm bahut pareshan h.ladke ke 2 bacche bhi hain?
U have to file case of diVorce on cruelty against you and another case of cruelty against entire family of boy so that they can go to jail. When police will put them in jail they will compromise with u and will give u divorce.
