Hello sir my wife File against me domestic violence under section 18, 19, 20, 22, 23. How I can protect myself and my family from this File.
as yer wife has filed a case under Domestic violence act you need to file a reply to the applications filed in the court alleging your violence over your wife in the court. You need to prove her wrong and get the matter dismissed. You need to appear before the court when summoned.
