The answer to your question depends on location of your hotel. The Tamil Nadu Government has proposed to denotify the Anna salai of chennai form the National highway. Hence the ban of Supreme court will not be applicable to chennai. In other cases where it comes within the proximity of National Highway cannot sale liquor, which means Ban on liquor sale covers hotels, bars too.
