Dear client,
as per your queries , i would like to state that an appeal can be filed first before the principal court of district i.e. District Judge thereafter the second appeal before the High Court.

You first file Misc Appeal before the Higher Court of the District whether it is ADJ Court or District Judge Court, your Lawyer will give better suggestion for it. But not before the High Court.
Before filling Appeal cheak your Documents once again, why your injunction Petition Under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 C.P. Code has been rejected. and then file appeal. Otherwise, your Appeal was also rejected.
And in such a situation proceed for Trial is better than Appeal against injunction Order.
