As per you your father had purchased the plot in the name of your mother so therefore your mother became an exclusive owner of the property/plot. Did you or your mother construct anything on that plot. what are the contents of that POA and all other aspects have to be looked into before a plausible solution can be given to you.

The suit filled by your suit would not be maintainable. You no need to worry. Appropriate proceeding is required in this case. Furthermore it's required to see all the documents for further understanding your case.

still your property is registered in your mother name and as I know you mother give a power of attorney but it is not a registered or transferred deed in your name and your sister can also claim in that property as per Hindu Law

You have not provided the details of the power of attorney / other documents which was executed by your mother in your favor, only after going through those documents, your right over the plot can be ascertained. Also you have not provided details of your other siblings, if any. As per the prevailing laws daughters have equal share in the parental property and power of attorney does not confer any right over the property so going by the data available in your query your sister has a share in the plot.
