share of kids in father's property

30-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hello,There are 4 children to my father, two males and two females. One of the female(X) was married in 1982 and in 1984 we transferred one acre of land to her as "pasupu kumkuma"and in 1987 she sold to other person. My father was expired in 2009,till 2009 the 3 acres of land were under my fathers handour. In 2011 we distributed the 3 acres of land to remaining parties expect to party X(because as per our point of view we had already given) In 2014 party X filed a case saying that "My father had not distributed the properties and they distributed the land with out my consideration. please give my share. Could any one please tell me how the judgement will be. The estimated multiple judgements.

Hi
Hopefully it is an ancestral property . Since your father has already gifted your sister by way of pasupu kumkuma, the remaining family members are only entitled to the remaining 3 acres of land.
Hindu succession act amendment in andhra pradesh was in the year 1986 and since your sister got married in the year 1982, your sister will not get any share in the property as she already got her share as pasupu kumkuma
Hindu succession act amendment 2005 will also not be applicable as your sister got married in the year 1982. so by application of Hindu succession act only the remainder family members will get 3 acres.
