Procedure to file a case in NGT

Dear Sir we would like to know the procedure for filing a case in NGT
File an application with a fee of Rs.1000/- if you are not seeking any compensation, if compensation is involved then 1% of compensation amount but minimum is Rs.1000/-. Hope this information will help. Good Luck.
