Illegal construction has been done, how to ask court for survey ?

Nnmc has given notice to only one house, where around 50 houses are constructed as same format, can ask court to order for doing servey for our sector? Please guide, our entire sector is constructed more then approved plan.
I would like to have more information on this matter since I feel a host of info you have shared is neither possible to understand nor does it make sense. Do check my mail in sometime and let's take it from there so we get to a closure. Hence, please find my email and act accordingly.

If Nnmc have file civil suit for for removing illegal construction then, they can request to court for appoint commission for inspection, and there were found illegal or wrong constructed houses then court should take adequate action.
