I wish to inquire about the tenant who is not vacating my space

we r hindu our tenant is a powerful bjp leader Jay prakash Majumder is not vacanting our property after lease agreement finished in 2013.and received registry letter two times.giving his rent .we want that for personal use but he is not vacanting

MY OPINION THAT you have the legitimate right /rights to use your own place for reasonable requirement /requirements as well as when the registered lease period is expired at present then the said tent has no locus to occupy that place,you have so many legal options to recover that place.

At first you have to inform the matter to the local police and lodge a G.D.E before the police station and then you have to file a legal notice regarding suit of eviction and if no reply comes then you have to file a suit for eviction along with injunction petition before the Ld. civil judge
