I want job as compensation

My father was working with ITDC (Indian Tourism Development Corporation) in Ashoka Hotel group. He died in 1990 and since then my mother is receiving pension. Now I want job as compensation in the same group. What can I do and how can I apply for that.
Seeking job as compensation is not a matter of right but a matter of compassion that literally means mercy.You can apply for the job on compassionate ground but cannot compell them to oblige you unless the department rules provide so.
