I'm a 60 years old tenant.We have not made toilet yet. My landlord refuses to build toilets or says to take more rent. What i do? Please help me.

Q: Wife have extra marital parents threatening for case what to do

i have completed 2 years and 5 months of marriage. my wife is not want live with me. her parents insulted me many time again and again. she is not lisen anything from me and my parents. she has boyfriend her call detail i have. she and her family wants divorce and demanding more money. but i have not money, they are saying to claime me Section 498A, Section 125, Domestic Violence. my maintence situation is not well. what should I do?

Having extra marital affair is a strong ground to seek divorce.But the burden to prove the allegation will be on you.Contact telepathically if u r not a Muslim as this ground is not available to muslims.

Q: Clarification regarding court fee for a property dispute matter

My father- 80 yrs old has a self acquired property with a circle rate of Rs 63000 and the built up area is 350 sq meter. He disowned his son and also filed a civil suit for eviction of him and his family from a portion of 93 sq meter. The case is in its issue stage however now their lawyer is asking for amendment of court fees. I want to know 1) do we have to pay 2) any possible way for waiver 3) How much will be the amount

You haven't mentioned the place where the property in question is situated.Different states have different court fee provisions.Your father can throw out any person from his own property by instituting a suit for mandatory injunction, the maximum court fee payable in UP for this is only Rs.500.

Q: How to evict old tenants kept by grandfather on his property

Tenant was kept by my grandpa.We dont have any rent agreement.Property is in the name of my father and his two elder bro.They both stay @Allahabad but we r in Mumbai. Want to vacate old tenant. Can u sugest the best effective way & do my father have to go in court hearing or any one bro will meet the requirement of court presence incase we file suit. (hindu)

You haven't mentioned the place of the property in question.Different states have different Rent Laws.Generally any of the co landlords can get the property evicted for his personal need or for default of payment of rent ,material alteration etc.

Q: What is the procedure to file for an uncontested divorce?

From Lucknow staying in Singapore for almost 3 years..looking for uncontested divorce and want to file in Lucknow(place of birth and marriage for both).The rule and process please.

An uncontested divorce petition is filed as per the provisions of Section 13 B The Hindu Marriage Act better known as Joint Petition.Having been signed by both the parties it is presented before the Competent court which fixes a date not less than 6 months and after giving time for reconciliation ,the divorce decree is passed.
