Husband involved in extra marital affair, mistress demanding a house

Iam married main having 1 kid . I met a girl .we had physical relation some times. She told me that i dnt want to leave with her family so they stays in slum pls tell my mother that i will marry her i said the same . But legaly we had not done any marraige and any legal document we have. Now she after 3 years demanding i want own house i want other wise i will do this and that. Pls suggest me what should i do
She is unmarried that person has given wilful misrepresentation or concealment of a material fact to the woman in the relationship and false promises ( for ex false promise of marriage ) if any given to such woman .That may amount to an appropriate offence depending upon the type and nature of act committed during sch relationship.
