How to get possession of house for which me & my x-wife paid loan

Sir, , as I bought a home with registration 30lakhs and owners : myself and ex-wife during 2014 Aug. She is Govt Medical Officer, Both applied joint loan and equally paying EMI..But after I got Divorced from her on 2016 Oct, she occupied that home with her parents, no children for us.Now I got married and trying to move to my owned home. during the divorce time police said stay away from her bcaz she may apply 498A such cases which may creat problem in profession.So I stayed away from my owned home for safety reasons..She is managing policepeople to separate me from my own home and shockingly stopped her EMI share since I took Divorce papers. My sincere request is I am trying to go to my own home with my legally married 2nd wife..What would be the legal steps I must takeup to avoid disputes and qarallels. I am the first absolute owner and ex-wife is 2nd. Please kindly help me to get possession of my home.
Apart from your family affairs ad divorce issue, you are joint owner of the property along with your ex-wife. File a case for partition in a civil court. After partition either stay in your share of the property or sell it and buy a new house.
