Q: Is it legal to run coaching classes in residential area from apartment ?

Is it legal to running coaching centre from apartment/residential society. We have a commercial space. But it is very small. So ,we are planning to rent out a residential apartment nearby. We wont be advertising this residential space and there wont be any posters or banner in this residential place. Society also does not have any issue. So ,my question is it legal to use resedential/apartment premise as a study center? Thanks

Q: Difference between Cr and CC case in a court , cr case full form

Hi, When I looked up the on the status of my case on www.ecourts.gov.in , I was presented with two cases for the same FIR number. One was Cr case which had been filed in 2013 end and then another case popped up recently which is of CC type. I want to know cr case full form and cc case mean what does the two case types entails and what are the implications Kind Regards

Cr. means crime. It is a stage before a criminal case is registered. After case is registered it is called CC. Implication - Cr. is the initial stage at the hands of police that matures to pucca CC at the hands of the court. After filing of FIR the Magistrate orders for investigation. Then the police investigate, file documents and charge-sheet when the case attains the stage of CC. Probably the F.I.R. filed in 2013 has become been put up as Crime by the Police and later filed charge sheet. Therefore the same Cr. has become CC now.

You need to accept any communication addressed to you. If it is a legal notice sent especially by an advocate it will have its own meaning. If a legal notice is rejected by you, in legal terms it means you have received it. Damages could be done with this presumption. Therefore, rejecting a legal notice is not a wise step. Receive it and reply it appropriately.

Q: Filed FIR case status is disposed , fir disposed meaning ?

hi, I have filed an FIR and the status says Case disposed and in nature of disposal it says contested-put up after final report. disposed meaning in police, Does this mean the chargesheet yet to be submitted or case is closed.

It means that the FIR has been taken on record and the presiding officer of the court has directed the jurisdictional enquiry officer to investigate and put up a final report. Based on the final report the court would permit filing of charge sheet by the investigating officer and then charges would be framed by the court.

Q: Car Agency not refunding the money after contract cancellation

I registered in a car driver agency as i need a driver last month. I paid them 15000 for providing me a driver. For due to some reason, i had to cancel the contract. They deducted 5000 and informed me that i will get the refund money by dec 15. Since dec 15, everyday i called them , they keep on delaying and asking me to wait more. Can i have any legal way to solve this issue ? as i am facing monetary problem for their negligence.

Issue them a letter requesting for refund money. If not paid, cause a legal notice warning of legal action. If still not refunded proceed to file a money recovery suit in small causes court. It may take time to realise the money.
