Salary cheque bounced what action can I take

sir company is given me a salary cheque ,and the cheque is bounced by 2 times ,plz tell me what to do now for getting my salary

The first step would be to send a legal notice to your company asking them to clear the cheque at the earliest. Thereafter if they do not still respond you may send a notice under section 138 of the negotiable instruments act.

You should be filling complaints under section 138 NI act,420IPC act in chief judicial magistrate court.
You are not mention cheque bounced time in your question so u calling me and get legal instruction.

You have to institute a case against your company for cheque bouncing. Before that, you will have to send them a legal notice (this should be within 15 days from the day the cheque bounced for the second time). Then a case has to be filed under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Contact me for further details, you can as a compensation can get double the amount of salary.
