How to file case for cheque bounce

hello sir ....help me plzz muje kisi se paise lene the to usne muje cheque de Diya and WO cheque bounce ho gaya abh main us par case Karna chahta hun ...BT muje uska address nii malum sirf uska mobile number or bank account number Pata hai ..to abh main kya karu??
Simple is that just file a case for recovery and 138 to recover the money and lunch the prosecution against the aforesaid personal for recovery otherwise it is not possible. Kindly act accordingly....

Get information from bank and send a legal notice to that person within 30 days from the date of bounce. And thereafter you can file a 138 NI act case against him which is a cheque bounce case. Without having address it will be difficult.
