Dear sir if you have settled the matter with complainant, you need not appear in the court as the complainant himself may withdraw the case. Thereafter nothing will survive. You just get proper receipt of discharge from the complainant.

Yes u can get bail bcuz u have already compromised nd paid some part payment. But your fault is to not appearing for court proceedings.....so u face some penalties butvu can get bail on the groung that now u will aapear before the court till final disposalthe hon'ble declared u po due to your nonappearance
