Hi Sir/Ma'am, I've been in a traumatic relationship for the past 2 years. Everything started off well, but in the last few months, my girlfriend started acting irrationally. After trying to resolve things, I broke up with her, but she retaliated by threatening to kill herself, forcing me to go back. Since then, I have tried breaking up 4 times, and each time, I get the same threat. I am very scared. I have a family that loves me too much and cannot see me in any trouble, which is why I haven't told anyone yet. What to do if your girlfriend threatens to kill herself? My girlfriend is threatening to kill herself. Please help me; I want an escape from this

Things have turned serious and you may come in trouble if your gf commits suicide and leaves a suicide letter against you. You are urgently required to normalize things and avoid any direct confrontation. Hope, she will gradually realize the matter. For the safer side, you may also opt for writing your miseries to authorities as intimidation which would help you in the future, if any untoward incidents happen in the future. Of course, any wife having no income to maintain herself or having significantly lesser income than her husband can claim maintenance from her husband. She can also claim maintence for her child, even if she is earning, since maintaing the child is responsibility of husband too. Claiming maintenance has no adverse effect on divorce proceeding and husband cannot claim divorce merely on the ground that he is paying maintenance.There are various proceedings in which maintenance can be claimed from husband for herself and child viz, (1) petition under section 125 Cr. P.C for maintenance(2) Divorce pressings filed by husband or wife(3) Petition for restitution of conjugal rights (4) Domestic violence case

Q: What is legal action for non payment of invoices in india ?

My Client and I had a contract with termination clause. As per termination clause he has to pay me and he has accepted my invoices but keeps saying he is low on funds and will pay me soon. party not giving payment , Invoices are 90 days old. Should I wait or take legal recourse.

You may take legal recourse to recover the money for which firstly legal notice would be issued by your advocate and thereafter, a civil suit for recovery of due amount with interest would be filed on your behalf. However, if you want to wait for some more time it would be better to get an acknowledgement from his regarding due amount and the time limit within which he would make the payment.

Q: Procedure to file for divorce if got married outside India

Me and my husband both are Indian citizens. He is on H1 b visa in US. We got married in Canada in October 2016. Is it feasible to file a divorce in India????

Yes, If either of you are presently staying in India, you may file divorce petition here. If your are Hindu then section 19 of Hindu Marriage Act applies which says "Every petition under this Act shall be presented to the district court within the local limits of whose ordinary original civil jurisdiction the marriage was solemnized or the husband and wife reside or last resided together." There are similar provisions for persons of other religion as well.

Q: Girlfriend filed a complaint against boy for stalking and vulgar words

Sir, My Gf has filed a false camplain against me for stalking her and pulled her hands and pass vulgar comments.. The time she has revealed in the fir i was not present in the place also.. and not done any crime.. my relation was about 3 year.. i have many pics with her, letters, audios, whatsapp chats, and call records.. Since, the case is not finish i have gol the bail from session court. After the case she texted me i am sorry i have done with the pressure of my father.. What can i do to prove my innocence??

If the girl is agreed to finish of the case, you may get the case quashed from High Court. But if she stand on her allegations, then you need to defend your case in court and prove that the case is false.
