Q: Is it legal to livein when parents do not approve of the relationship

I want to live with my boyfriend and its my personal choice. i want to live with him coz my parents are against our relationship and won't approve to marry...and they are planning my marriage with someone else...can i live with my boyfriend...through any legal documents or statements..? AS YOU SAID THAT YOU BOTH ARE SAME AGE 18 SO I AM SURE YOU BOTH ARE NOT EARNING HANDS SO HARD TO CONTINUE RELATIONSHIP WITHOUT INCOME SOURCE AND ALSO ONE THING THAT NOT TO APPROVE YOU BOTH TO LIVE TOGETHER THAT THE MALE ELIGIBLE AGE IS 21 YEARS SO IN MY OPINION THERE IS NO LEGAL REMEDIES YOU CAN AVAIL FOR THIS LIVING RELATIONSHIP.

My Dear friend. as you said that as per her documents she is 16 yrs. old so she is minor according to law and even you are also not completed your age 21 according to legal marriage and other then that you both are from different religion and according to special marriage act you need to get marriage through special marriage act to SDM Court and you both are not eligible for that legal marriage.

Q: Sale of jointly owned property

Me and my mother has a joint property   which is a power of attorney property. My mother is selling her share to me, What kind of documentation I need to put in place for this deal to be legally transferred to me?

Q: i have filed complaint but police has not arrested accused

I have logged an FIR under section 376, 313 . its been a week .the cops havent detained the accused even though they know his location .They have already collected all the relevant proof against him .but io said its 20 days procedure and she also take my signature on blank paper says its important for our SSL .pls help
