Case pending 13 yrs and other party is also not coming for hearing

Me and my friends have case from 2005 , sections 147,148,149,452,324,325,323,427 ..its beens so long and no body attends the hearing except some of us others are out of country and dont wish to return and are least bother ... How long will it take to end this till now court is just sending summons to thoes people .. The people who have registered the case also dont come ...
