Disability pension after 20 years of premature retirement

I took pre mature retirement from Army in December 1997, got my RMB copy yesterday, showing 20% disability, but NANA Can I get disability pension now.
Yes, you can get the disability pension even at this late stage. You have to send a representation to Army for grant of Disability Pension giving reasons and fact that you did not have a copy of your RMB. Once the representation is disposed off, a case can be filed in AFT for claim of disability pension.

It is 100% that u are going to get disability pension but u have to file a case and start the procedure for the same so that now delay should not be more from another side as it has alredy crossed all the parameter so better approach some expert for the same.
