Wife filled a fake DVC cum MC Case .I suddenly realized enclosures missing so immediately informed judge sir and infornt of judge sir opposite advocate agreed to provide missing 8 enclosures with complaint copy almost 2 weeks ago .i have been calling and messaging but still no response and now I worry as my next hearing is coming up for counter .what should I do? As you have the evidences of texting the counsel asking him and following him for the case papers you can file a memo before the court and bring to the notice of the Hon’ble Judge that unless all the documents are served upon you, filing a reply is not possible and ask the court to direct the opposite counsel to furnish you all the papers for defending the case.
