the husband cannot impose any such unilateral conditions. you can file a case in court for the custody of the child and court will decide keeping in mind the better future of the child to the custody should be given

the husband cannot impose any such condition or force you to sign any agreement of such kind. best way is the recourse to law. file for custody of child in court and court will decide for the better future of the child based on the facts and circumstances of your case.
