You need evidence of all wrongs committed by her. first of all collect all proofs like video recording , eye witnesses or anything else which can prove her acts/ wrongs. you may also take help of police. if she didn't stop send her legal notice through an Advocate.

You need to start collecting the proof of your wife's behaviour first. Without proof you can not give her divorce. Whenever she behave mischievously, you can complaint about her in nearest Police station.

No. You need to prepare POA with the help of local legal person. For the same you give POA (Power Of Attorney) to any relatives who lives in India. Then on behalf of you, your POA holder may file a petition in Indian Court. He may attend court dates in future hearings in the same case.
