Hello, I needed someone to guide me with what the process is with legally writing a will in the most secure way. I have spoken to a lawyer locally and they just asked us to write what we needed and then get it notarised. He did not emphasize on registering it. I am confused as to what is the right procedure. Namaste, where is the property is situated? In Will everything should be mentioned that how much share who will get . Also needed the ownership showing documents that is property card or sale deed, 2 witnesses etc. you can also registered at registrar office.
