How long does it take for a case to start when notice is being avoided

23-Aug-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
My Probate case was dismissed by Lower court. I have filed appeal against judgement of lower court. Now appeal has been filed. Notice has been sent to Heirs. Mother and brother who had given noc.have received notice but didn't do anything after two sisters who had objected in lower court avoiding to receive notice. They received notice in may 2018 but in high court further hearing is being delayed. How long it will take to complete notice and admission process?

Venerated Questioner,
As per the law if opposite party will not appear before Court then after few days court can pass the order against opp.party. It will take time. You can pray before the court to pass order for personal notice against opp.party and receive it personally or affix it on the house of the opp.party. It is also one of the process of serving the notice. Give you feedback.
