What is the probate process and cost and associated fees?

The value of the property may be around 3 crores. It is situated in Bhubaneswar. This is for a Hindu family. There is a properly executed will. The executor is deceased. The will specifies the property distribution. What is the probate process? What would be the total cost of the probate and how long does it take for the process to be complete? Thank you.
