Probate of a will in case of immovable asset or movable asset

Explain in detail is there is requirement of any probate of a will in delhi if it is unregistered or registered and it's related to immovable property bearing a significant value . also tell about requirement of probate in other assets such as bank accounts or other movable assets
In case a Will is executed in Delhi and does not relate to any property situated within the aforesaid cities of Kolkata, Chennai or Mumbai, then such Will is not mandatorily required to be probated.
If the deceased person's assets are solely movable property (e.g., bank accounts, securities, personal belongings), probate might not be necessary.
