Dishonesty and breach of Trust

One of my close friends requested me for money in 2018 March for his business and I had no money that time. I told him that I would give my credit card to him and asked him to clear dues in time and he agreed for that. Since then has has been using my credit card and every month statement is generated and it is sent to my email ID. After some point of time he began ignoring my messages when I requested him to pay/clear monthly due and now he is not answering my calls at all. I live in Chennai and he lives in Hyderabad. I try to go and meet him but he is escaping every time. I pleaded/requested him to clear the dues but he is not bothered at all. Can you please advise me how can I move forward legally in this matter? I have all the necessary evidence that he used my card (Whats-app messages, Phone Calls, Creditcard statements) etc. Please help me here.. Thank you
